Your voice matters—and so does your vote. Guy Beard Designs is proud to host the I Vote to Give Campaign, where every vote directly supports nonprofits making an impact in the Jacksonville community.

Every Vote Has Value

Participating is simple: review the list of approved organizations, then fill out the form below to select the nonprofit you want to support. Each vote contributes to valuable fundraising dollars, gift cards, and exclusive Guy Beard Designs jewelry that help these charities continue their important work.

Each vote is limited to one per email address and applies as a donation toward the charity of your choice – not to the individual voter. The contributions raised through voting go directly to the participating nonprofits for fundraising purposes to further their mission.

Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The “I Vote to Give” Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Guy Beard Designs (“Sponsor”), 1716 Hendricks Ave, Jacksonville, FL 32207.

By submitting an entry or otherwise participating in the Contest, you acknowledge and agree to these Official Rules (“Official Rules”).

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Void where prohibited. By entering the Contest, entrants agree to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error in these Official Rules or in the Contest itself and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification.

2. Eligibility

A. Participating Organizations (Nonprofits)

The Contest is open to qualifying charitable organizations that:

  1. Are legal U.S. entities in good standing;
  2. Primarily serve or have meaningful impact in the Jacksonville, Florida area.
  3. Submit a completed application form via the campaign webpage at guybearddesigns.com/vote-to-give and are approved by Guy Beard Designs

Submission of an application does not guarantee participation. Guy Beard Designs reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to review, approve, or decline applications.

B. Individual Voters

Where applicable, voting is open to legal U.S. residents of at least 18 years of age at the time of voting, unless otherwise stated on guybearddesigns.com. Voting is void wherever prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

3. Contest Period

The Contest will begin and end on the dates and times announced on guybearddesigns.com/vote-to-give (the “Contest Period”). All deadlines for application, participation, and voting will be clearly stated on the campaign page and/or promotional materials.

Only votes cast and entries submitted during the Contest Period will be counted.

4. How to Enter / Participate

A. For Charitable Organizations

  1. Apply to Become a Charitable Partner
    Eligible organizations must complete the online application form available at guybearddesigns.com/vote-to-give, including information about the organization, mission, service area, impact, and upcoming fundraising events
  2. Approval & Campaign Page Placement
    After review, approved organizations will be featured on the official campaign page with a dedicated area where supporters can vote for them.
  3. Rally Your Community
    Once accepted, organizations are encouraged to invite their communities to vote. Voting is free—no purchase or donation is required.

B. Voting

  1. Votes must be cast through the official campaign voting experience as directed on guybearddesigns.com/vote
  2. Sponsor may impose limits on the number of votes per person, per email address, IP address, device, or per day, as indicated on the campaign page or ballot form.
  3. Automated, scripted, macro, or bulk voting is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to manipulate voting (including bot use, fake accounts, or other fraudulent mechanisms) may result in disqualification of the votes and/or the organization.

All entries and votes become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged, except as required by law.

5. Votes = Value

For approved organizations, votes will convert into fundraising value as follows: 

  • Votes 1–10: $10 each — up to $100 in Guy Beard charity donations.
  • Votes 11–100: $2 per vote toward charity donations.
  • Votes 101–1000: $1 per vote toward charity donations.

Additionally, each organization that reaches 250 votes will receive ten (10) $100 Guy Beard Designs gift cards to use for fundraising (such as auctions, raffles, or event incentives).

Votes are valid only as charitable credit toward Guy Beard incentives and prizes for Charity partners as described in these Official Rules and on the campaign page.

6. Selection of Winners

At the end of the Contest Period, eligible, approved organizations will be ranked according to the total verified votes received.

Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, the top four (4) vote-getting organizations will be designated as prize winners as described in Section 7.

Potential winning organizations may be contacted by the Sponsor using the contact information provided in their application. Each winning organization must complete and return any required documentation (such as affidavits of eligibility, liability releases, and prize acceptance forms) within ten (10) days of notification (or sooner if the prize is time-sensitive). Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate organization may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, is deemed ineligible, or fails to return required documentation within the specified time, that organization may be disqualified.

7. Prizes

A. Campaign Prizes for Top 4 Organizations

Subject to verification, the top four vote-getting organizations will receive the following prizes, intended exclusively for nonprofit fundraising use (e.g., auctions, raffles, events):

  1. 1st Place
    • Two-tone bracelet with 14KT gold Mariner’s Clasp™ and gold ferrules
    • $500 Guy Beard Designs gift card
  2. 2nd Place
    • Two-tone 14KT gold accented Mariner’s Clasp™ bracelet with gold ferrules
  3. 3rd Place
    • His & Hers leather Jaguars-themed bracelets with two-tone 14KT gold accented Mariner’s Clasp™
  4. 4th Place
    • His & Hers leather Gator-themed bracelets with stainless steel Mariner’s Clasp™

All prizes are for nonprofit use only, intended to support fundraising, raffles, and auctions—not for personal, individual use or retention by staff, officers, or volunteers. 

B. Gift Cards and Vote-Based Incentives

In addition to the top four prizes, participating organizations may earn Guy Beard Designs gift cards and credits based on the vote-conversion schedule in Section 5.

Because some jewelry is custom-designed, availability may vary and production timelines may differ. All items must be redeemed by April 30, 2026.

C. General Prize Terms

  • No cash alternative, transfer, or substitution is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
  • The odds of an organization winning depend on the number of eligible organizations and the number of valid votes received.
  • Payment of any federal, state, and local taxes related to the award of any prize is the sole responsibility of the winning organization.
  • Winning organizations may be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 or similar tax form prior to receiving prizes.

8. Disclaimer and Representations

By participating, each organization and, where applicable, individual voter, agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising out of participation in the Contest or acceptance, use, misuse, or nonuse of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for, and shall not be liable for:

  • Any failure of any entry or vote to be received due to computer or network failures, traffic congestion, internet or website issues, telecommunications failures, or any technical difficulties;
  • Entries or votes that are misdirected, late, lost, damaged, garbled, corrupted, or otherwise not properly received or counted;
  • Any injury or damage to any person’s computer or device related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any materials related to the Contest;
  • Any typographical, printing, programming, or other errors in the administration of the Contest or in any promotional materials.

If text messaging or data-based voting is used, standard text and data rates may apply, and Sponsor is not responsible for any such fees.

9. Tampering and Disqualification

Sponsor reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any person or organization found to be:

  • Tampering with the entry or voting process or with the operation of any website or platform used in connection with the Contest;
  • Violating these Official Rules;
  • Using automated or fraudulent voting methods; or
  • Acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

All decisions of Sponsor’s management regarding disqualification and enforcement of these Official Rules are final.

10. Modification, Suspension, or Cancellation

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, suspend, or modify the Contest if it is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to, due to computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures, fraud, or any other cause that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Contest.

If any event related to the Contest or prizes is delayed, rescheduled, postponed, cancelled, or has a change of venue due to circumstances beyond the control of the Sponsor, they reserve the right (but are not obligated) to modify or cancel the Contest and are not required to award a substitute prize.

11. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Contest constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the names, organization names, logos, city and state, likeness, and/or voices of participating organizations and their representatives for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media now known or later developed, worldwide, without additional compensation or notification.

Winning organizations may be listed on guybearddesigns.com, and associated social media channels.

12. Privacy

By accessing these Official Rules or entering the Contest via guybearddesigns.com, you are deemed to agree to the Guy Beard Designs privacy policy as posted on guybearddesigns.com. 

Information submitted in connection with the Contest will be used in accordance with those policies and for the administration of the Contest.

13. Winner Announcement & List of Winners

A list of winning organizations (name and city/state) will be posted on guybearddesigns.com after the Contest Period.

To request the list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope, received within 60 days following the end of the Contest Period, to:
